The Prizes under PHP 5,000 can be claimed at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet or branch within one year of the draw date.

Prizes from PHP 5,000-20,000.00:

The Prizes ranging from PHP 5,000 to PHP 20,000 can be claimed within 180 days of the draw date at any PCSO branch office or select authorized outlets.

Prizes more than PHP 20,00.00: 

Prizes over PHP 20,000 must be claimed at the PCSO main office located in Manila within a year of the draw date.

NOTE: Under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) Act, prizes exceeding PHP 10,000.00 are subject to a 20% deduction.
